Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's team in Rockville. This temporary, fully in-office role supports daily operations by assisting with customer communications, contract administration, and coordination efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with entering and maintaining customer contracts in the company system
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide support for contract-related customer questions (training provided over time)
  • Monitor and respond to company email inboxes
  • Assist with monthly collections, including follow-up on overdue invoices
  • Support the preparation and coordination of proposals
  • Help schedule service technicians and ensure proper follow-up with customers

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fully in-office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
